The prophecy is coming to pass  –  Asake shows off a new style and gets rid of his dreadlocks. Afrobeat artist, Ahmed Ololade, known professionally as Asake, has caused a stir with a viral video showcasing his new hairstyle, sans his signature dreadlocks.

You may recall that a few weeks ago, a pastor named Gideon prophesied that God had plans for Asake before the end of 2024.

He further stated that the Afrobeat sensation would shave his hair and transition into a pastor.

In the circulating online video, the singer was seen at a social gathering sporting a markedly different look with his dreadlocks gone.

In response, internet users shared their thoughts on his new appearance, while pondering the potential accuracy of the pastor’s prophecy.
