According to newly surfaced court documents, Baldoni’s legal team is seeking communication records between Swift and Lively, suggesting possible “witness intimidation” and “evidence tampering.” The filing alleges that one of Blake’s attorneys attempted to compel Taylor to issue a public statement backing Blake — with an implied threat that personal text messages could be leaked if she didn’t comply.
Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, claims he was informed that Blake urged Taylor to delete their past texts and that a lawyer from Blake’s camp, Michael Gottlieb, contacted Swift’s legal team directly to demand the public show of support.
Freedman alleges Taylor’s representative considered the move “extortionate” and responded in writing to Blake’s legal team. Now, those communications are at the heart of a subpoena intended to bring them into evidence.
