Shocking 2-Year-Old Boy Kills Cobra With His Teeth After Snake Wraps Around His Hand
In an unbelievable twist of fate, a 2-year-old boy in India survived a terrifying encounter with a deadly cobra by biting it to de@th.
The toddler, identified as Govinda Kumar, from Bankatwa village in West Champaran,Bihar, was playing outside his home on Friday afternoon, July 25, when the unimaginable happened.
According to witnesses, the young boy noticed a cobra slithering nearby and instinctively threw a stone at it. The angry snake retaliated, lunging at the child and coiling tightly around his tiny hands.
What happened next stunned everyone: Govinda bit the cobra on the head, using all his strength. Shockingly, the snake d!ed instantly from the injuries.
By the time his family rushed to his aid, the little boy had already fallen unconscious due to the effects of the venom.
His grandmother, Mateshwari Devi, said, “We saw the snake wrapped around his hand. Before we could get there, he had already bitten it and k!lled it.”
Govinda was immediately taken to a local health center and later transferred to Government Medical College Hospital (GMCH) in Bettiah. Fortunately, doctors confirmed that while the venom had caused him to faint, it wasn’t strong enough to be fatal thanks to quick medical attention.
“The child suffered a mild reaction to the venom but is now stable and under observation,” said Dr. Saurabh Kumar, one of the attending physicians. “It’s a rare and shocking case. The cobra likely died due to trauma inflicted by the child’s bite.”
