Russell Wilson is showering his stepson Future Jr. with praise after he secured a job with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Wilson, a nine-time Pro Bowler, left the Denver Broncos following a challenging season in Colorado and signed with the Steelers. He’ll earn $1.2 million this year from Pittsburgh, with the remainder of his salary coming from the $37.8 million owed to him by the Broncos.
On Monday, August 5, Wilson shared on social media that Future Jr. will be working as a ballboy and assisting in the locker room for the Steelers this season.
Wilson expressed his pride in a post, writing: “I’m full of joy! Nothing better than seeing you smile and grow into a young man. I am so proud of you, Future! Working as a ballboy for the @Steelers and in the locker room. Your dedication to sports and everything you pursue is inspiring!
“You’re the sunshine of my life. I love you. Keep winning, son! There is nothing you can’t do with Jesus by your side! Love you to Heaven and back!”
