Real Madrid Player Raul Asencio Faces Child P0rn Charges Over Teen S3x Tape in Spain
Raul Asencio, a 22-year-old rising defender for Real Madrid, is now at the center of a criminal storm facing serious charges related to a leaked s3x video involving a 16-year-old girl.
The case, which has rocked Spanish football, dates back to June 2023, when Asencio and three former teammates from Real Madrid’s youth ranks Ferran Ruiz, Andres Garcia, and Juan Rodriguez were allegedly caught on video engaging in s3x with two young women, one of whom was underage.
Prosecutors say the footage was recorded without consent and later shared via WhatsApp — sparking a full-blown police investigation.
A judge in the Gran Canaria High Court found enough evidence to proceed with criminal charges, including:
Violation of privacy
Distribution of explicit content involving a minor
Possession of illegal material
Solicitation of a minor
Under Spanish law, these charges carry a possible sentence of up to 5 years in prison.
The investigation was triggered after the 16-year-old girl’s mother filed a police report, insisting that while the act was consensual, filming and sharing it was not. Both victims reportedly suffer from post-traumatic stress, and their legal decisions could push the case into full trial.
Despite the controversy, Asencio has continued to play for Real Madrid making 22 appearances this season and was recently called up to Spain’s national team. He has publicly denied wrongdoing, saying:
“I’m calm. I know what I’ve done and what I haven’t. I just take it one day at a time.”
His girlfriend, Spanish influencer Selenia Suarez, has stood by his side but is not connected to the case.
