Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Chief of Staff Departs After Just Three Months
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recently appointed chief of staff, Josh Kettler, has stepped down after a brief three-month tenure.
According to reports from People, the decision for Kettler to leave was mutual, with both parties agreeing that it was not the right fit. Kettler had begun his role shortly before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s official visit to Nigeria in May. He also accompanied Prince Harry on his trip to London for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.
Before joining the Sussexes, Kettler was based in Santa Barbara, California, and served as the chief of staff and head of strategic partnerships at Cognixion, a communication platform.
This news follows an announcement by Colombia’s Vice President, Francia Márquez, who revealed that Prince Harry, 39, and Meghan, 43, have accepted an invitation to visit Colombia. Though specific dates for the visit have yet to be announced, the trip will include stops in Bogotá, Cartagena, and Cali.
“As the Vice President of Colombia and Minister of Equality and Equity, I am pleased to announce that Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have kindly accepted my invitation to visit our beautiful country,” Márquez stated.
During their visit, the Duke and Duchess will engage with leaders, youth, and women across these vibrant cities, experiencing firsthand the rich heritage and cultural diversity of Colombia.
