Despite the flirty appearance, sources confirm the guy she hugged on deck is Hollywood insider Michael Kives  a longtime friend and former agent and nope, he’s married and totally off the romantic radar.

Also on the boat? Venture capitalist Ben Schwerin and his family plus, yes, Orlando Bloom himself was reportedly on board too, though not seen in the same snaps. Talk about a post-breakup power move.
