Former Konga CEO, Nick Imudia, Allegedly Dies by Suicide in Lagos
Nick Imudia, the former Chief Executive Officer of Konga, one of Nigeria’s leading e-commerce companies, has allegedly died by suicide.
According to ThisDay, Imudia took his own life on Tuesday, June 25, by jumping from the balcony of his apartment in Lekki, Lagos State.
Before the incident, he reportedly called his brother in the United States to provide instructions on how to distribute his assets in the event of his death. He also reached out to his young daughter from a previous relationship, reassuring her that he would always be with her and that she could look to the sky to find him.
His friends, family, and colleagues are in mourning following the tragic event.
Imudia, originally from Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, was previously married to the mother of his daughter, who is also from the same local government. The marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.
May his soul rest in peace. Amen.
