Fire Breaks Out on Las Vegas Strip After Explosion Near Aria Resort (Video)
Chaos erupted on the Las Vegas Strip early Saturday when an explosion triggered a fire outside the popular Aria Resort and Casino. Flames shot up as two palm trees were set ablaze, shocking tourists and locals. Witnesses described hearing a loud blast before spotting a car speeding from the scene.
Authorities confirmed that fireworks thrown from a vehicle caused the fire. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Clark County Fire Department responded quickly, managing to put out the flames. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
