Disturbing Messages Revealed in Andrew Tate Rape Allegations: UK Women Speak Out
Two British women have come forward with shocking allegations against influencer Andrew Tate, accusing him of rape and detailing the severe abuse they claim to have endured. The women, who shared their stories with the BBC, describe harrowing encounters with Tate, with one woman alleging that she was choked until unconsciousness before waking to find him still sexually assaulting her.
Additionally, a third woman has accused Tate’s brother, Tristan, of a similar crime, claiming he held her by the throat while raping her. Both brothers, prominent figures in the online influencer space, were arrested in Romania in connection with a range of crimes, including human trafficking, sexual abuse of minors, forming an organized criminal group, and money laundering. These crimes allegedly span from 2014 to 2024. The Tates have denied all accusations.
Tate Brothers’ Legal Troubles
The charges facing Andrew and Tristan Tate extend beyond the current case in Romania. Both men are also facing allegations of violent rapes from multiple women in the UK. Furthermore, a court is set to rule on October 7 regarding potential tax evasion by the brothers, following a case by Devon and Cornwall Police that claims they failed to pay taxes on earnings totaling £12 billion.
Harrowing Accounts from UK Victims
In interviews with the BBC, two women unrelated to the Romania case have come forward with disturbing claims of rape and sexual violence.
One woman, identified as Anna, stated she went on several dates with Andrew Tate in Luton in 2013. She recounted that after returning to his house, Tate allegedly told her: “I’m just debating whether I should rape you or not.” She claimed that he then grabbed her by the throat, threw her onto the bed, and raped her while strangling her.
Anna also revealed that Tate sent her disturbing messages after the incident. One message allegedly read, “Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it.” In another message, Tate allegedly said, “I love raping you” and expressed pleasure in her conflicted emotions.
Anna reported the incident to the police in 2014, alongside similar allegations from two other women. However, the case was closed in 2019 due to a lack of evidence, with no charges brought against Tate.
A second woman, named Sienna, described a separate encounter with Andrew Tate in 2014. After a consensual sexual experience earlier in the year, she said they met again, but this time Tate became violent. She alleges that Tate began strangling her during sex, causing her to lose consciousness. When she awoke, she claimed Tate was still assaulting her.
Sienna recalled being terrified and unable to breathe, describing the incident as rape. She also reported waking up the next morning with a bloodshot eye from the strangulation. Although she didn’t report the attack to the police at the time, she now regrets not doing so.
Police Response and Ongoing Investigation
Hertfordshire Constabulary confirmed that they investigated claims made by three women. An arrest was made in July 2015 in connection with an assault allegation, followed by further arrests related to sexual assault and rape. The case was investigated by the Sexual Offences Investigation Team (SOIT) and referred to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). Despite a thorough investigation, the CPS ultimately decided not to prosecute.
The constabulary emphasized their commitment to addressing violence against women and girls, stating that they are prepared to reopen the case if new evidence comes to light. Victims of sexual violence or domestic abuse are encouraged to seek support through various services available in Hertfordshire, which can be accessed independently of reporting to the police.
Anyone with information on these cases is urged to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary or report anonymously through Crimestoppers.
