Cassie Ventura has revealed disturbing new details in court about the toll Diddy’s alleged “freak-offs” took on her body — including chronic UTIs and painful aftereffects that led her to use opiates for relief.
Taking the stand Wednesday, Cassie testified that the repeated sexual encounters with male escorts — reportedly orchestrated by Diddy — resulted in frequent urinary tract infections. The infections were so severe that over time, standard antibiotics stopped working, forcing her to rely on stronger medication and pain-numbing opiates.
She also described developing painful sores in her mouth from the repeated oral sex, adding that she brought up her health concerns with Diddy — including the discomfort and burning sensations.
According to her testimony, Cassie required massages, intravenous fluids, and specific meals to help her recover after these sessions. She also said she tried to avoid kissing the escorts because it felt too personal, but Diddy would insist she do so anyway.
One particularly shocking claim was about her 29th birthday. Cassie alleged that Diddy pulled her from a celebration at Blind Dragon karaoke bar in West Hollywood and forced her into another “freak-off,” using his security team to transport her against her will.
