Blueface’s Father Breaks Down as Rapper Son Receives 4-Year Prison Sentence
California rapper Blueface has been sentenced to four years in prison following a probation violation related to assault charges from 2021, stemming from an altercation with a security guard.
Blueface’s father was the first to share the news, posting a heart-wrenching Instagram story where he is seen screaming in his car after leaving the hearing. He also urged people to pray for his son.
Wack100, Blueface’s manager, later confirmed the sentencing but remained optimistic. He predicted that Blueface could be released in less than a year, saying, “He got four years, 400-something days off. Comes down to three years, he go to state… he’ll be home in nine to 10 months.”
The rapper had previously turned himself in January for another probation violation, leading to an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Las Vegas. This followed his involvement in a strip club shooting, which initially resulted in a probation sentence of up to three years with a suspended prison term of two to five years. His sentencing had been delayed due to the judge’s surgery.
In related news, Blueface’s ex-girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, was recently jailed on drug charges. Blueface’s mother, Karlissa Saffold, took to Instagram earlier this year, pleading, “Can you please get my grandson’s parents out of jail?”
