Reality star Blac Chyna faces a new lawsuit filed by her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, accusing her of severe domestic abuse throughout their nearly three-year relationship. The shocking claims involve multiple instances of physical violence, with the lawsuit citing Rob Kardashian’s previous accusations of similar abusive behavior by Chyna.
Violent Ambush Alleged by Twin Hector
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Hector alleges that the abuse reached its peak in September 2021, when Blac Chyna attacked him while he was asleep in their shared Los Angeles home. He claims Chyna assaulted him with closed fists, elbows, and knees, pinning him down and leaving him unable to defend himself. The brutal attack allegedly left Hector with severe facial injuries, including gashes and a swollen eye, which were documented with a gruesome photograph included in the lawsuit.
Abuse Fueled by Drugs and Alcohol
In his lawsuit, Hector accuses Chyna of routinely becoming violent while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He claims she frequently attempted to strangle him and used various household items, including wires, furniture, and kitchen utensils, as weapons. After one particular attack, Hector alleges that Chyna called her personal physician to treat his injuries, while still having his blood on her hands.
Rob Kardashian’s Allegations Resurface
The lawsuit also references **Rob Kardashian**’s previous court testimony, in which he accused Chyna of abusing him during their relationship. Rob testified in 2022 that Chyna strangled him with a phone cord while under the influence of cocaine and alcohol and once held a gun to his head. The Kardashians had earlier testified in court that Blac Chyna exhibited violent behavior, especially when intoxicated, supporting Hector’s claims of abuse.
Seeking $10 Million in Damages
Hector’s lawsuit demands over **$10 million in damages**, claiming that Blac Chyna has a pattern of verbally and physically abusing her domestic partners without facing consequences. His attorney, **Kirk Edward Schenck**, emphasized the difficulty men face in reporting domestic violence, saying:
“It is a shocking experience for any man to go through—being attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence context and knowing they cannot fight back or even defend themselves for fear of being mislabeled the de facto aggressor.”
A Legal Stand Against Domestic Violence
Schenck added that Hector’s decision to come forward is meant to inspire other male victims of domestic violence to seek protection under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act, which applies to all genders. Hector hopes his case will encourage more men to stand up for their legal rights in similar situations.
As of now, Blac Chyna has yet to respond publicly to the lawsuit. Stay tuned for updates as the case unfolds.
