Stefon Diggs Faces Paternity Dispute With Model While Expecting Baby With Cardi B
NFL with-stunning-hot-shots/" class="uae-link">star Stefon Diggs is dealing with a legal paternity battle just as he and girlfriend Cardi B prepare to welcome their first child together.
Court Filings Reveal Claim
According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, model and influencer Aileen Lopera known online as Lord Gisselle filed a petition in Los Angeles County in December 2024 while pregnant, naming Diggs as the father of her daughter. The baby was born in April 2025.
Diggs, now a wide receiver with the New England Patriots, pushed back in a July response, saying he was “not certain” of paternity and requested DNA testing. A judge signed an order on July 17 requiring both parties to complete genetic testing. It remains unclear whether those tests have taken place or if results have been finalized.
Attorneys Speak Out
Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, said in a statement to The U.S. Sun:
“My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles.
Diggs’ attorney, Tullo Mumtaz, declined to comment.
Personal Life in Spotlight
The development comes the same week Cardi B announced she is expecting a baby with Diggs, her first with the NFL star. The 30-year-old wide receiver publicly expressed his hope for a baby boy, writing on social media that he was already considering Spanish names.
Diggs also has an eight-year-old daughter, Nova, from a previous relationship.
