Andrew Tate CLEARED in L.A. Abuse Case Prosecutors Say Not Enough Evidence

Andrew Tate just caught a legal break in Los Angeles.

The controversial internet personality will not face charges in a case brought by model and influencer Bri Stern, who had accused him of abuse during a sexual encounter earlier this year.

According to the L.A. District Attorney’s Office, the case was officially declined due to insufficient evidence, marking a significant legal win for the 37-year-old influencer.

Tate’s legal team led by attorney Joseph McBride is already celebrating the decision. “We’ve maintained Andrew’s innocence from the start,” McBride said, adding that they fully cooperated with investigators. “We submitted a comprehensive ‘do-not-prosecute’ packet, made Andrew available for deposition, and addressed every question put forward.”

Back in March, Bri Stern filed a report claiming that Tate continued to choke her during sex, even after she told him to stop. TMZ had previously obtained messages allegedly exchanged between the two, including explicit texts that appeared to show Tate referencing violence in a sexual context.

Despite that, the D.A. ultimately found no grounds to proceed with prosecution.

“Tate’s enemies have tried to weaponize the justice system around the world,” McBride added. “This time, the facts won.”

Though this legal chapter is closed in California, Andrew Tate is still entangled in major legal battles abroad, including ongoing sex trafficking and criminal enterprise charges in Romania, alongside his brother Tristan.

Additionally, Bri Stern’s civil lawsuit against Tate in the U.S. is still active, sources confirm.
